   SPINACH STIR FRY.

INGREDIENTS

spinach             - per needed
Onion                - 1 (chopped)
Green chilli      -2 (chopped)
Pepper               - 1/2 tsp
Salt                     - per needed
Ginger paste     - 1 tsp
Garlic paste       - 1tsp
Desiccated coconut or coconut milk -1/2 cup.
Mustard seeds    -
Tumeric powder -


   METHOD

Step 1. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, ginger and garlic paste, onions and green chilli, saute well until golden brown colour.

Step 2. Add pepper, salt,  Tumeric powder and Desiccated coconut and mix well (in a low heat).

Step 3. Finally add fresh spinach and stir it. ( don't overcook).

        HEALTHY SPINACH FRY READY.
