             LEMON AND GINGER JUICE 

INGREDIENTS 

Ginger                     - 1 medium sized piece 
Lemon                     - 1 medium size. 
Honey                       - 1 tbsp 
Luke warm water - 1 glass

METHOD 

Add the lemon juice into a glass of Luke warm  water , add chopped ginger and honey, mix well. Have it in empty stomach.
