Tomato stir fry. 

INGREDIENTS 

Tomatoes          - 5-6 (baby tomatoes)
Bell pepper       - 1
Onion                  - 1 (medium sized)
Green chilli       -2 (chopped)
Tumeric powder - 1/2 tsp 
Chilli flakes       - 1 tsp.
Salt                       - 1tsp
Ginger and garlic paste  
Corriander leaves and spinach.


METHOD 


Step 1. Heat oil in a pan and add ginger, garlic paste, onion and green chilli saute well until golden brown. 

Step 2. Add tumeric, salt, bell pepper and saute it until the the bell pepper is cooked enough, finally add tomatoes (cut each tomato into  4 pieces) , spinach, Corriander leaves and chilli flakes, stir well until the tomato is cooked enough (don't over cook the tomatoes).
