Tuna stuffed capsicum fry.

         TUNA STUFFED CAPSICUM FRY

INGREDIENTS 

Capsicum        - 5-6
Tuna                 - 1 (small can)
Onion               - 1 (chopped)
Tomato            - 1 (chopped)
Pepper              - per needed
Salt                    - per needed
Green chilli     - 1 chopped
Carrot               - 1 ( grated)
Oil                      - per needed 
Shallots            - 8.
     METHOD

Step 1. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions saute it well until golden brown,  add tomato,  green chilli, salt,  pepper and Carrot saute it well, add tuna,  mix it  until the tuna is cooked enough. 

Step 2 . Cut capsicum from center without separating the edges, remove the seeds  and fill the stuffing  and set aside.

Step 3. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the capsicums, finally add Shallots (whole Shallots) and tomatoes stir well until cooked enough.
