Cheesy pasta

                     CHEESY PASTA.

INGREDIENTS 

pasta            - 500 g
Beef              - 250 g (boil and cut into pieces) 
Onion           - 1 (chopped) 
Tomato        - 2 (chopped) 
Salt               - per needed 
Pepper         - per needed 
Tumeric. p  - pinch 
Ketchup       - 1 tbsp 
Bell pepper - 2 (chopped) 
Ginger paste - 1 tsp 
Garlic paste - 1 tsp 
Soy sauce       - 1 tsp 
Corriander  leaves (per needed) 
Oil                    - per needed 
Cheese            -  100 g (shredded) 

METHOD 

Step 1. Add enough water in a pan to boil the pasta, add salt, oil and pasta, cook it until the the pasta is cooked enough. 

Step 2. Heat oil in a pan and add onions, ginger and garlic paste, Tumeric powder, pepper and salt, saute it well. 

Step 3. Add beef and leave it to cook for 15 minutes, after the beef is cooked enough, add tomato, bell pepper, Soy sauce and ketchup, mix it well . 

Step 4. Finally add pasta and mix well, add sauce, Corriander leaves and shredded cheese.
